We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager for our high-volume dealership. This candidate must be a strong, take charge Service Manager, ready to lead an evolving Service Department. Qualified Candidates must have auto service operations experience, with proven leadership and ability to run a shop with a high-level of quality output and customer satisfaction. The Service Manager will be responsible for department profitability and customer retention. To achieve this, candidate must effectively lead and manage personnel; have a strong knowledge of the service market; and possess an in-depth understanding of how the service department affects other department's financial success and processes. This position is based on proven results and measures with regards to Customer Satisfaction through CSI, Technician productivity and support to the overall dealership.
